This Nakiri is handcrafted by very experienced craftsmen with decades of experience of knife hand-making. With an ultra thin blade forged by 67 layer VG10 core damascus steel, with the core hardness reaching HRC61+/-1, this knife performs an extremely sharpness. The handle applies stabilized maple burl wood and brass for spacer, which maximizes the stability and anti-corrosion property. The long and flat blade helps to cutting off the vegetables totally without leaving a connection like accordion, this knife will be an ideal tool for cutting vegetables, as well as been used as a versatile knife in the kitchen.

Using Instructions

- Do not use the knife for any other purpose than cutting food.
- Use the knife to cut fruits, vegetables, fish and meats with no bones.
- Cut on blade-friendly surfaces such as wood, plastic or rubber.
- Please hand wash the knife with mild dish soap, rinse and towel thoroughly dry after use. Dishwasher use is NOT recommended.
- Store the knife properly in the knife block, in a sheath, or in the padded protective box.
